Premixed cement render for brick, block and fairface concrete walls, patching and general use in dry or wet interior and exterior.

E.MIX EASI RENDER 09 is a high quality cement-based render for application on brick walls, block walls and concrete surfaces. For application on smooth concrete surfaces, key coat or roughening of the receiving surface is required. E.MIX EASI RENDER 09 can also be used for patching and repairing concrete. It is intended to replace conventional cement-sand render. Ceramic tiles can be fixed on the E.MIX EASI RENDER 09 surface. E.MIX EASI RENDER 09 should not be used on painted surfaces or floors.

Procedures

Substrate Preparations

• Remove loose particles, grease and traces of foreign materials. On a dry absorbent surface, the surface is moistened if necessary.

Mixing and Installation

• A suitable mixing time is 3 – 7 minutes depending on the type of mixing equipment. Use the mixture within 1 hour of mixing. Application can be done by hand or machine. For smooth final finish, thin plasters are recommended on top of the E.MIX EASI RENDER.
• The wear resistance and adhesion of the render can be improved by adding RENDER ADMIX. In hot and dry conditions the plaster should be cured with water spray during the first 2 days.

Storage and Packing

E.MIX EASI RENDER is delivered in 40 kg bag.

Storage life is 6 months is the product in stored in a dry place.
