Cement-based plaster for ALC/block wall in dry or wet interior and exterior.

E.MIX BLOCK PLASTER is high quality water resistant premixed plaster intended for thin plastering and levelling of Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete (ALC) block wall, plastered or rendered wall or hollow concrete block wall. E.MIX BLOCK PLASTER can also be used for general filling up and patching. Wall surface that has been levelled with E.MIX BLOCK PLASTER can be smoothened with E.MIX FINISH and painted or wallpapered. Ceramic tiles can be fixed on E.MIX BLOCK PLASTER surface. E.MIX BLOCK PLASTER should not be used on painted surfaces.

Procedures

Substrates Preparations

• Remove dust, loose particles, grease and traces of foreign materials. Dampen the dry absorbent surface before application of E.MIX BLOCK PLASTER.

Mixing and Installation

• Mix E.MIX BLOCK PLASTER with approximately 10.8 litres of clean water. Use of electrical mixer is recommended. After mixing, allow mixture to stand for 10 minutes for additives to dissolve. Mix again and plaster is ready for use.
• Apply the plaster manually with a steel trowel or spatula. When applying several layers, the layer underneath must be dried before spreading the subsequent layer.

Storage and Packing

E.MIX BLOCK PLASTER is delivered in 40 kg bag.

Storage life is 6 months if the product is stored in a dry place.
